Shipping Information: All orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours unless out of stock. If selecting UPS Next Day Air we will do our best to get the order out the same day.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Refunds and returns cannot be accepted on personal care products unless the incorrect item was shipped. Clothing and accessories can be returned only if the item is in new condition (not worn or washed). Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned clothing. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order and must be pre-approved by requesting a return authorization number by e-mailing sales@63degreesnorth.com.
