Justin Klabin - Snowboard Giant Slalom
Product Description
Justin played rugby for Boston University and raced in snowboardcross when it was an emerging sport. After college he continued to train for strength and speed. He put up personal best times and lifts at 32 years old at the US Bobsled Federation testing camp at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center. A training injury (torn pectoral) prohibited Justin from training at full intensity for almost a year, and just recently was able to gain much of his former strength. Now he is back in the market for competition. If you are on the slopes and hear something that sounds like a 210 lb jet rumbling by, look for a 63N patch- it may be him. Justin qualified for the 2009 and 2010 NASTAR national championships for snowboard. He recently secured a spot at USASA nationals at Copper Mountain, CO for giant slalom. He is currently ranked #1 in the Catskill Mountain Series division of the USASA in Giant Slalom.
